Celebrate ICD Day with us at Christie Lake Conservation Area! On this day, April 12, 2011 I Challenge Diabetes filed Articles of Incorporation in Ontario, in our first steps to becoming a Registered Canadian Charity and the organization we are today!
Bring your friends and family and explore Christie Lake’s 10-kilometre recreational trail system through peaceful meadows and towering pine forests! We will be checking, and re-checking our blood sugars together and discuss strategies for staying active with diabetes in the mix. Lunch will be provided!
Pack your low supplies, adjust your basals, and get ready to make meaningful connections with T1D peers.
