Grab your low supplies and join ICD and your local T1D community for an inflatable challenge course on the water in the Grant MacEwan University pool! Challenge the ups and downs of the course while managing the ups and downs of blood sugars with T1D peers and mentors, problem-solve course obstacles and where to keep T1D supplies safe at the pool, treat pool-side lows, and connect with other T1Ds near you!

We are pleased to be partnering with Edmonton Area Parents of Type 1 to host this community event!

Quality time with peers and diabetes leaders leads to proven outcomes in physical and mental health for youth. Our team provides support and mentorship for T1Ds, through experiential learning.

Come out and feel the support from others who understand what you are going through and will share in this learning experience. Learn something about yourself and connect with other T1Ds who understand the ins and outs of diabetes management.

Our skull logo was designed by founder Chris Jarvis when he and 11 type one teammates took on the Canadian Death Race. One of the world's toughest ultramarathons in the Rocky Mountains, the team covered 445 km in just 24 hours. The crossed needles signify that insulin allows us to take on any challenge, in the gym, in sport and on the trail.
