Join us for 4 days and 3 nights camping and rafting the South Saskatchewan River as we travel from Outlook Regional Park to Rotary Park in Saskatoon. Our trip will start with some games and front-country camp fun on Friday night, and will consist of three days paddling through some epic rapids, amidst various adventure opportunities!
If you are willing to work hard and endure some physical difficulties to enjoy some amazing rewards, this trip is for you. There will be separate sleeping accommodation based on gender of participants, please let us know if you have any concerns with us being able to aptly accommodate your needs

Learn something about yourself and connect with other T1Ds who understand the ins and outs of diabetes management. This is a great opportunity to take in picturesque views and discover what you can accomplish with the right support.
We can accommodate all manners of food allergy, celiac disease and many other challenges (physical and mental), so don’t be afraid to reach out and talk with our leadership team to develop a plan for an experience of a lifetime!
Diabetes Management We will meet you where you are at and support you to be your best! So don’t think your blood sugars couldn’t stand up to such an extreme challenge – our guides are experts, experienced and excited to support you on this journey.
Gear We are able to support additional needs for backpacks, high-end sleeping bags and head lamps upon request but proper hiking shoes/boots, rain jacket, athletic wear are required. Please reach out so we can help you be prepared for this adventure. Registered participants will receive a detailed packing list and more detailed directions closer to the event.
Cost All tickets include camping permits as needed, all food and snacks, tents, camp kitchen, backcountry safety equipment, and ICD leadership. Please choose the ticket that works best for you.
